We do not require referrals from other healthcare organisations or professionals, however, this is also acceptable if this is your preference.
Costs are dependant upon the particular service you require, the approaches used or the amount of sessions agreed.

Payment is to be made at least 48 hours before each session, preferably by bank transfer, however, cash can also be accepted.
We are a recognised provider for a number PMI companies. If we are not recognised with your PMI provider, please contact us and, we will be happy to approach your PMI provider to discus funding arrangements. Where funding via PMI, prior authorisation from the provider will be required. Please check with your PMI provider regarding your excess, funding caps or reimbursement level available with your policy.
If you are unable to attend your appointment please let us know as soon as possible. 24 hour notice is required for cancellation. Where there is less than 24 hours notice, or you fail to attend your appointment, the full fee for that session will be incurred. The therapist will endeavour to give you as much advance notice as possible in terms of holidays or of any need to cancel appointments.
We do not provide any out-of-hours or emergency cover. In the event of a crisis or emergency, please contact your GP (out-of-hours dial 111), attend your local A&E department, or dial 999.
In non-emergency situations, you may also wish to consider contacting the Samaritans (116 123, available 24 hours a day) or SANELine (0300 304 7000, 6pm-11pm).
