Referrals & Fees

Self-referrals

You can refer yourself directly by submitting an enquiry on this page.

We don’t require referrals from other healthcare organisations or professionals, but we’re also happy to accept a referral via a professional if that is your preference.  The same contact form can be used or direct contact made.

If you feel able, please share a little detail on the contact form that tells us about what’s been difficult and what you’re hoping for from support.  This helps us to understand whether we are the right service to meet your needs and if so, to match you with the right clinician and make your first session as useful as possible.  We know it can feel sensitive to put things into words, so you only need to share what feels comfortable right now; we can explore the rest together at your pace.

Please click the button below and submit your enquiry.

Payment options and funding

If you are paying your support privately, please see the fees listed below. Once a booking is made, an invoice will be emailed to you with a payment link to make the payment online. You can also discuss alternative payment methods if you prefer.

If your support is being funded by another organisation (for example a Private Health Insurance provider, an employer, an Integrated Care Board, or a local authority), you can either:

  • self-refer, and simply tell us who the funding body is and provide the necessary details, or
  • be referred directly by the professional or organisation arranging the funding and they can contact us on your behalf.
We ask for funding details early on so we can confirm the right arrangements from the start, including any required paperwork, authorisation codes and approved treatments.  If you’re unsure what applies to your situation, please contact us and we’ll guide you.

Private Health Insurance

We are recognised providers for a number of insurers. If we are not currently registered with your insurer, contact us and we can discuss options and, where possible, approach them about set-up.  Most insurers require prior authorisation before sessions begin, and it’s also worth checking your policy for any excess, session limits, or reimbursement conditions.

Fees

Payment of fees is due at least 48 hours before each appointment. Invoices will be sent to you in advance. Payment can be made via the payment link in the invoice email, or you can pay via bank transfer. Cash can also be accepted if preferred.
